Peter N. Wang

Peter N. Wang is a litigation lawyer and managing partner of the New York City office of Foley & Lardner LLP. As one of the firm's senior trial lawyers, he has had substantial experience in a wide variety of litigation areas and is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Construction, Securities Enforcement & Litigation and IP Litigation Practices, as well as the Insurance & Reinsurance Industry Team.

Peter was a founding partner of Friedman, Wang & Bleiberg, P.C. before the firm joined Foley in July 2004. From 1973 – 1974, Peter served as a law clerk to the Hon. Milton Pollack, United States District Judge, Southern District of New York.

Peter received his J.D. from Harvard University (cum laude, 1973) and his B.A. from Yale University (magna cum laude, 1970).

He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York; Federal Bar Council; and in 2002 was inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an organization limited to the 500 leading trial advocates in the world.

Peter has been peer review rated as AV Preeminent®, the highest performance rating in the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ system.

An active volunteer in a number of Jewish organizations, Peter served as President and Board Chair of The New York Jewish Week, an officer of Westchester Reform Congregation and a trustee of UJA Federation of New York. He is also a graduate of the Wexner Heritage Program.

Peter has been a member of the Board of Directors of B3 since its founding and is a trusted advisor.
